Electronic funds withdrawal for returns: Requested payment date
Enter the date of direct debit in this field to generate the electronic funds withdrawal payment for Form PA-20S. You may enter a date no later than the original due date of the return. If preparing an electronic file after the return due date, enter the date of preparation here.
Requested payment date
is a mandatory field if using the electronic funds withdrawal option.
Electronic filing allows electronic filers with a balance due to authorize a direct transfer from their checking or savings account. Using this feature, electronic filers can file early and set a date for automatic payment if there's a balance due.

In addition to entering the requested payment date, you must also enter bank account information in either the federal Bank screen or the PABank screen.

Extension Information

Electronic funds withdrawal for extension: Requested payment date
Enter the required information in this field to generate the electronic funds withdrawal (direct debit) payment for the PA-20S extension. You may enter a date no later than the extension due date.
Requested payment date
is a mandatory field if using the electronic funds withdrawal option for extension payments.

Estimate Information

Electronic funds withdrawal for Form PA-40ES estimated payments
If this is marked, the application generates electronic funds withdrawal estimated payments in the return electronic file for all applicable PA-40ES vouchers that have an amount greater than zero. Enter estimate information in the PAEstS screen.
Withdrawal dates, if different from estimate due date: 1st payment /… / 4th payment
Enter a date earlier than the quarterly due date for the electronic funds withdrawal for the respective quarter’s estimate amount. If a box is blank, the application uses the quarterly due dates of PA-40ES estimates.

Electronic Filing Exception

Corporation has requested return to be filed in paper format
