Form 05-170 payment voucher printing
Payment voucher Form 05-170 won't print in the following situations:
- When the tax due is less than $1,000, so no payment is needed.
- If the total revenue amount is under the no tax due threshold, even if the tax due is more than $1,000, no payment is needed.
- If you're filing the Franchise Tax Report electronically and making the payment by electronic file withdrawal or electronic funds transfer.
- If you're filing the Franchise Tax Report on paper and making the payment by electronic funds transfer.
