 to indicate in the filing instructions that the payment has already been made by the preparer. Enter

 to indicate that the officer needs to make the payment via the Virginia website. If this field is left blank, the application defaults to preparer.

Enter the paragraph number that corresponds to the custom paragraph required in the client documents for this client or use the fieldview to view a list of available paragraphs. An entry in these fields prints the selected paragraph in the client document.
