The value provided in Schedule MB, Line 3(b)-Total is not equal to the sum of all Schedule MB Line 3(b) values.

There is a math error on the form, likely because of incorrect data entry or overrides.

Go to the Actuary input folder.

Open the MBSB screen.

Open the Contributions made to the plan by employer(s)
dialog.

Delete any blank rows and enter a date in every row that has data in it.

Go to the Form view and open the Form MB.

Open the Edit menu.

Select Overrides, then select Delete Form Overrides to remove any overrides.

Re-create and retransmit the return.
