Cause
You'll need to use the attachment title
Manually signed Form 5500 or 5500-SF under e-signature option for providers
for the attached, signed Form 5500 or 5500-SF, Pages 1 and 2. If you use the attachment title Other Attachment
, UltraTax CS generates the error CSIUS01 when you try to create the electronic file.Solution
- SelectEdit, thenElectronic Filing Attachments.
- Select the attachment, thenEdit.
- SelectManually signed Form 5500 or 5500-SFfrom theAttachment titlefield.
