This article applies to:

Populate filer's signature (other than executor) on Form 4768, extension for estate tax return

Do the following to populate the signature at the bottom of Form 4768, Filer's signature (other than the executor):

Go to the

PayExt

screen, located in the Payments & Credits
folder.

Select the appropriate name from the Name of filer is not executor
dropdown (located at the bottom of the input screen).

If the name isn't listed in the dropdown, go to the

Names

screen, located in the Beneficiary
folder, and add the filer's information. A name needs to be added as a unit to the

Names

screen for the filer's information to be available throughout the rest of the input screens.
