Set options for all 709 clients

Do the following steps to set options for all 709 clients.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    709 Gift Tax
    .
    note
    Depending on the security configuration, it may be necessary to enter the master password and select
    OK
     before continuing.
  2. In the
    Document
     format section, select the transmittal letter and filing instruction options. The options selected apply to all new and existing UltraTax/709 clients until you change them.
  3. Select
    Other Return Options
     in the
    Additional information
     section, and select the setup options. The options you select in this window apply to all new and existing UltraTax/709 clients until you change the setup options.
  4. Select
    OK
     to accept the settings and close the window, or select
    Cancel
     to close the window without saving the changes to the option settings.
  5. Select
    OK
     to close the
    709 Product Information
     window.
