If Form 990, Part VII, Line 1a checkbox (immediately above the table) is not checked, then at least one complete entry must be present in Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1a.

, and verify that at least 1 officer is entered. For each officer, verify the following information:- Open theViewmenu.
- SelectContributor/Officerand chooseOfficer Information.
- Check that at least 1 officer is entered. For each officer, you'll need the following information:
- Name
- Position
- Title
- Former (you'll need to have at least 1 officer without this marked)
- Hours per Week, on the Officer-2 tabnoteIf the officer didn’t work any hours, enter0(zero) in theHours per Weekfield on theOfficer-2tab.
- Re-create and retransmit the return.
