F990-911-03 e-file error
If "Final return/terminated" checkbox is not checked or "Initial return" checkbox is not checked, then in the Return Header, the tax period ending date must match data in the e-file database. (value YYYY-MM-DD, rule F990-911-03)

The value represents the year-end date in the e-file.
The tax year-end date on the return doesn't match what the IRS has on file.
Solution
- Go to theGeneral inputfolder.
- Open the990screen.
- Check the following fields to make sure they're correct:
- Initial return
- Final return / Terminated
- Tax year ending, if other than 12/31
- If the fields are correct, contact the IRS at 866-255-0654 to resolve this error or paper file the return.
