F990EZ-052-02 and F990PF-026-02 e-file error

Form 990-EZ, Part IV, each entry must have all of the following values: Name, title, average hours per week, and compensation.
Form 990-PF, 'OfficerDirTrstKeyEmplGrp', one or more entries in the list "List all officers, directors, trustees, foundation managers and their compensation" must be provided. Each entry must have all of the following values: 'PersonNm' or 'BusinessName', 'USAddress' or 'ForeignAddress', 'TitleTxt', 'AverageHrsPerWkDevotedToPosRt', and 'CompensationAmt'.
Officer information is missing.

Solution

Complete the required officer information.
  1. Open the
    View
     menu
  2. Select
    Contributor/Officer
    , then
    Officer Information
    .
  3. Select the
    Officer information
     tabs.
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Position
    • Title
  5. Select the
    Officer-2
     tab.
  6. Complete the fields in the
    Hours per Week
     section. Enter
    0
     (zero) if there are no hours.
  7. Select the
    Compensation
     tab.
  8. Complete the applicable fields in the
    Organization & Related Organizations
     section. If all the fields should be blank, enter
    0
    (zero) in the
    Other Comp/Nontaxable Bene
     field.
  9. Repeat the steps above for each officer.
  10. Re-create and retransmit the return.
