Missing Data: /Return/ReturnData/IRS990PF: If Form 990-PF, [ Item H, checkbox 'Organization501c3ExemptPFInd' or checkbox 'Organization4947a1TrtdPFInd' is checked ] and ['AtLeast5000InAssetsInd' has a choice of 'Yes' indicated OR 'TotalAssetsEOYAmt' is greater than 5000], then 'OnlyContriToPreselectedInd' checkbox must be checked OR at least one complete entry for submission information (Lines 2a through 2d) must be provided. (rule F990PF-065-02)
The return is missing data entry.
Solution
- Go to theSuppscreen in the990PFfolder.
- Open theName, address, and telephone number to whom applications should be addressedstatement window and verify that the following fields are completed:
- Name
- Address 1
- City
- State
- Zip
- Phone Number
- If Form 990-PF Part XV, Line 2 should be marked, mark theMakes contributions to preselected charitable organizations onlyfield on theSuppscreen.
- If Form 990-PF Part XV, Line 2 should be blank, go to theSuppscreen and fill out the following statements:
- Application format and required contents: Goes to Form 990-PF Part XV Line 2b
- Submission deadlines: Goes to Form 990-PF Part XV Line 2c
- Restrictions or limitations on awards:Goes to Form 990-PF Part XV Line 2d
