If Form 990-PF, 'ExemptOperatingFoundationsInd' checkbox is checked, then the organization must have a foundation code "02" in the e-file database.

This return's EIN doesn't identify as an exempt operating foundation in the IRS records.

Go to the General input
folder.

Check that the following fields are correct:

EIN

Qualifies as exempt operating foundation under section 4940(d)(2)

If using this field, also indicate the Date of ruling letter.

If you make any corrections, re-create and resubmit the electronic file.
