Print apportionment reports
UltraTax CS includes 3 apportionment information reports: Property, Payroll, and Sales. Each report lists the components for that factor, for each component, and the in-state and everywhere amounts on the apportionment form.

The apportionment reports don't include any notes attached to the apportionment spreadsheet.
Follow these steps to print an apportionment report.
- SelectView, thenApportionment.
- SelectApportionment, thenPrint Reports.
- To print the report to FileCabinet CS, mark theStore image in FileCabinet CScheckbox.
- Mark the checkbox for each factor you want to print a report for in thePrint whatsection.
- Select the number of copies you want to print in theCopiesfield.
- SelectPrint, orTo Cabinetto print to FileCabinet CS only.
