- Export the officer information from UltraTax CS into Excel.noteThis creates the spreadsheet that you'll enter the rest of your officer information into. The import won't work with spreadsheets not created by exporting from UltraTax CS.
- Enter the officer information in the Excel template created by UltraTax CS.
- SelectUtilities, then990 Excel Import.noteIf this option isn't available, make sure to close theOfficer Informationwindow.
- Select the Excel file.
- MarkOfficer Data.
- SelectImport.
