Report sale information on Form 990-PF, Page 3, Part IV

Form 990-PF, Part IV is for reporting capital gains and losses for the calculation of tax on investment income. You can take the following steps to report sale activity in Part IV,
  1. Mark the
    Investment property
     checkbox in either of the following:
    • On the
      Sale
       screen.
    • In the Investment Prop column of
      Detail schedule
       statement window on the
      SchD
       screen.
    important
    Don't enter a code in
    Unrelated business code
     on the
    Sale
     screen or in the UBIT column of the
    Detail schedule
     statement window on the
    SchD
     screen.
