State Everywhere Force dialog (990)

Use this window to force the everywhere amount for a specific state's apportionment form. When the amount in the Apportionment spreadsheet's Everywhere / (Override) column does not apply to a particular state, you need to use this window to force a different everywhere amount for that state's apportionment form. See Force everywhere amounts for apportionment forms.
To open the State Everywhere Force window, choose View, Apportionment or select Ctrl+B with a 990 state client open. Select the button or select Edit, then State Everywhere Force.
note
  • White boxes:
UltraTax CS uses the amounts you enter in the
    white boxes
in the state columns as the everywhere amount on that state's apportionment form. If you enter data in a white box, UltraTax CS ignores the corresponding amount that appears in the Apportionment spreadsheet's Everywhere / (Override) column for that state only.
  • Shaded boxes:
You cannot enter data in the shaded boxes in the state columns. Boxes are shaded if there is a statement window for that component in the Apportionment spreadsheet or if that component is not used on the state apportionment form.
  • Force the Everywhere Amount for all states:
You can force the Apportionment spreadsheet's everywhere amount for
    all
states rather than for just a single state.
