Select to add a state treatment column for the specified state.
Add a treatment for [ST] and [ST] AMT
Select to add treatment columns for both the state and state AMT calculations.
Add a treatment for [ST], [ST] AMT, and [ST] ACE
Select to add treatment columns for the state, state AMT, and state ACE calculations.
Don't add the state treatment
Select if you do not want to calculate any state-specific treatment columns.
