Add custom links to the homepage

You can add custom links to external websites and local or network files to the Custom Links section of the UltraTax CS homepage.

Follow these steps to add a custom link to the homepage.

You can add up to 10 custom links.

Select Setup
, then User Preferences
.

Select the Home Page
tab.

Select Custom Links
.

Select Add
.

Enter the name of the link in the Description
field.

Select Web URL
to enter a link to an external website, or select File
to enter a link to a local or network file.

Enter the web address or the file location in the field next to Web URL / File
.

If you don't select an icon, UltraTax CS selects an icon for your custom link and displays it in the Icon
field.

Select Enter
.

Select OK
.

Select OK
to close the
