Clients missing from the Schedule Event window

Any client that's password-protected won't appear as available in
Utilities
,
Client Status
,
Schedule Event
window, unless that client is currently open. This is by design.

You can configure client passwords in UltraTax CS by selecting
File
,
Client Properties
, then
Advanced Properties
.
If this isn't the case, verify that the focus settings aren't filtering the client out on the
Schedule Event
window.
