Copy a client

To duplicate an existing client's tax return and associated UltraTax CS data, complete the following steps.
  1. Open the client you want to copy.
  2. From the
    File
     menu, select
    Save As
    .
  3. Enter the ID of the new client.
  4. Select
    Save
    .
  5. The application opens the new copy of the client data. To open the original version of the client, select the client's ID.
