Delete or remove a client password

If you have a password-protected client and want to remove the password, follow these steps.
  1. Open the client.
    note
    If you can't open the client because you've forgotten the client password, enter the Master Password it its place. The application will then ask you to reset the client password.
  2. Select
    File
    ,
    Client Properties
    , then
    Advanced Properties
    .
  3. Unmark the
    Deny access to client data unless password is known
    checkbox.
    note
    This removes the password from the client. To remove passwords from multiple clients, you'll need to repeat these steps for each client.
