Export client status information to a Data Interchange Format (DIF) file

From the
Detail
 tab, you can export the Client Status information to a Data Interchange Format (DIF) file. You can then import the file directly into spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel). To export, do the following steps:
  1. Select
    Export
    .
  2. Select a save location and name the file
    Ready To Efile
    .
  3. Leave the default, DIF (*.DIF), in
    Save as type
    , and select
    Save
    .
  4. Open the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel and edit it as necessary.
