Insert images into client documents
Follow these steps to insert a BMP, JPG, or PNG file (such as your firm logo) into a client document.
note
- The maximum image size is 6 inches wide by 8 inches tall.
- Starting in UltraTax CS 2019, there's anEnable DPI scaling for images in Client Documentsoption inHelp,Repair, then theMisctab. This will automatically scale images in client documents so that you can insert images with greater resolution.
tip
To print your firm logo instead of the standard heading, select
Document
, Properties
, then Blank lines for letterhead
. Then, insert your logo as using the following steps.- Open the document'sDocument Editingwindow.
- Place the cursor where you want to insert an image.
- SelectInsert, thenImage.
- Go to the location of the file. Select the file then selectSelect.
