Modify NetClient email notifications

UltraTax CS can automatically send email notifications when your client's portal receives a tax return or organizer. To turn these email notifications on or off, go to
Setup
,
Client Communications
, then
Web Delivery Options...
, and mark the
Automatically send an email notification to each client when their Web Organizer or Tax Return is transmitted via CS Connect to their NetClient CS portal
checkbox.
To modify the text in the body of the email notification, do the following steps.
  1. In UltraTax CS, go to
    Setup
    ,
    [entity]
     (for example, 1040 Individual),
    Federal
     tab,
    Letters & Emails
    , then the
    Email
     tab.
  2. In the
    Email
     tab, select
    "[entity] NetClient Delivery Greeting"
    .
  3. Select
    Open
    .
