Stop auto-attaching a custom statement
Stop custom statements from printing, auto-populating to clients, or carrying forward before proforma.
Custom statements can be added to new, existing, or proforma'd clients. Custom statements are permanent for the current year, and won’t proforma. Additionally, custom statements will be automatically added to any new, proforma'd, or existing clients. To stop the statement from printing or automatically populating to other clients, use the following steps.
- Place your cursor in the input screen field that has the custom statement.
- SelectEdit, thenCustom Statementsto open theCustom Statementwindow.
- InSelect a format for this statement, choosenone, then selectOK.
- Repeat these steps to stop the statement from carrying forward before you proforma data from the application into a new version.
