Create a direct deposit reminder letter
You can use Data Mining to identify 1040 clients who have elected to have their payment withdrawn electronically, then generate a letter that details the amounts to be withdrawn (as well as the bank name and date of the withdrawal). This search identifies clients that chose to have the balance due on their 1040 return paid through direct debit (separate searches are available for clients that requested direct debit of the balance due on their extension or estimated tax payments) and makes a standardized letter to print or send via email. You can also create a customized letter.
