Create state estimate reminder letters

You can create federal and state reminder letters for estimates with the Data Mining Utility. Take the following steps to edit the federal estimate reminder letters in Data Mining to include a reminder for the state.
  1. In Data Mining, select
    1040 Individual
     or
    1120 Corporate
     for the client database, then
    Continue (Step 2)
    .
  2. Select
    Compose Client Letters
     and open the estimate reminder to edit.
  3. Enter the paragraph you want to appear for the state.
  4. Select the point where you want the amount for the estimate reminder to appear, then
    Insert / Variable
    .
  5. Change the
    Product
     to the state.
  6. Select the estimated payment variable for the quarter, then
    OK
    .
  7. Go to
    Document / Save
    , then select
    Document / Exit
    .
