Define search criteria in Data Mining
You can define search criteria when you are add or modify a search.
Data Mining searches for clients whose data contains values compatible with the search criteria you define. When the search criteria and search criteria relationships you've specified are true for a client's data, that client will “pass the search.”
The search criteria definitions you add or modify will be available for all searches of the selected database.
- In theSelect Search Criteriawindow, selectfederalor the state application for theProduct.
- Choose a search criteria type:
- Formto find clients for whom that form was or was not prepared.
- Calculated valueorInput screen field.noteTheAdd / Modify Search Criteriawindow opens.
- State Attachmentto find clients with that state attached or not attached.
- Return typeto find clients with that type of return.
- Client statusto find clients for whom that status has been logged or not logged.noteYou can chooseLogged anytime,Current status, orNot loggedoption. You can also selectAdd / Modifyto open theAdd / Modify Search Criteriawindow.
