Generate and print mailing labels in Data Mining
You can use Data Mining to create mailing labels for all clients who passed the current or most recent search.
- Choose the search you want to use for your labels:
- To complete a new search to print mailing labels for all clients that pass, selectMailing labelsin thePrint SelectionandClient Searchwindow, and complete a search.
- To print mailing labels for clients that passed your last search, selectTools, thenMailing Labelsin theData Miningwindow.
- To remove any clients from the list, select them in theClients Selectedpane, thenRemove.note
- All clients who passed the current or most recent search are listed in the Clients Selected pane.
- Clients that were sent letters by email in the most recent search aren't listed.
- The name of the current or most recent search is shown at the top.
- SelectContinue.
- To choose a different printer, selectPrinter.
- Select aLabel sizeor useDefine label size.
- Select the number of copies.
- Use the following checkboxes to select what to print on the labels:
- Print barcode on labels: Prints a barcode in addition to the address.
- Print labels with client name only: Prints only the name, not the address.
- Print labels in all capital letters.
- Print labels with client ID: Includes client ID on the labels.
- Use theSort bydropdown list to sort labels during printing.
- SelectPrint.note
- You canPreviewlabels before printing.
- If a client letter was printed for the most recent search, the mailing labels will be sorted in the same order as the client letters.
- Mailing labels won't be printed for clients that were sent letters by email in the most recent search.
