Print reports and letters in Data Mining
You can print custom reports and letters for all clients who passed the most recent search.
- Select and run the search.
- SelectSearch Resultsto verify the results, thenDoneto return to thePrint (Step 3)window.
- In thePrintscreen, choose from thePrint wherecheckboxes:
- Mark thePrintercheckbox to print reports and letters on paper.
- Mark theFileCabinet CScheckbox, select the letter or report, thenPrintorTo Cabinet.noteThis checkbox is only available if you're licensed for FileCabinet CS and have it installed. You can't print custom reports to FileCabinet CS.
- Mark theWeb/eSignature: Thomson Reuters data centercheckbox, then selectAssemble/Print.
- Mark theEmail client letters as PDF attachments, if email address is availablecheckbox, then enter theSubject of email. This will send letters by email to clients who passed the most recent search and for whom you've entered and email address.
- Clear the checkbox next to any client whose data you to exclude or for whom you don't want to print or email letters.
- By default, the reports and letters you selected before searching appear in theReports/Letterstab.
- To change the items selected for printing, select theModifybutton, the reports and/or letters, thenDone.
- Use theSortfield to change the print order.
- Choose the numberCopies.
- Print or assemble the reports and/or letters.
- SelectPrintto print the reports and letters to FileCabinet CS or to email the letters as PDF attachments.
- SelectAssemble/Printto assemble documents for eSignature.noteThe eSignature documents will be available to transmit by CS Connect. A client email address is needed.
note- ThePrintbutton changes depending on the checkboxes you marked in the last step.
- You can Preview before printing. From Preview, you can choose thePrint one pageicon
or the Print allicon
. - You need to print the item before closing thePreviewwindow, otherwise you'll need to make the search and select the report or letter again to print.
- You can print letters, reports, and mailing labels, but not envelopes.
