Send client letters and reports from Data Mining to FileCabinet CS

  1. Select and run the search.
  2. Select
    Search Results
     in the
    Print
     window to verify the results, then
    Done
    .
  3. In the
    Print
     window, mark the
    FileCabinet CS
     checkbox.
    note
    This checkbox is only shown if you're licensed for FileCabinet CS and have it installed.
  4. Choose the location to save data from the
    FileCabinet CS
     dropdown list.
    note
    To change the list of FileCabinet CS data locations, open FileCabinet CS, select
    Setup
    ,
    System Configuration
    , then the
    Data Locations
     tab, and select the
    Add/Modify Data Location
     button.
  5. Select
    Print
     to send the selected letters to FileCabinet CS.
  6. If you mark only the
    FileCabinet CS
     and not also the
    Printer
     checkbox,
    Print
     is replaced by
    To Cabinet
    . Select
    To Cabinet
     to send the selected letters or reports to FileCabinet CS.
