Review fields updated by data sharing

UltraTax CS lists all fields in the client's return affected by shared data updates from other UltraTax CS clients. This list includes:

Source application and client.

Field and data category.

Date, time, and user ID associated with the shared data update.

You can view, print, and export this list.

Open the client's return.

Select Utilities
, Data Sharing
, then Imported Fields Listing
.

Choose how to review the fields:

To go to the field in the client's return, select an updated field, then Go To Input Screen
.

To print the report, use Preview
and Print
.

To save the report as a DIF file, select Export
.

To export the report to the client's FileCabinet CS drawer, select To Cabinet
.

If you didn't go to the input screen, print the report, or export it, select Cancel
to close the
