Calculate depreciation for all assets
Current depreciation is automatically calculated for all assets, one at a time, as you enter them. However, if you change the fiscal year-end date or the
Tables vs. Formula
option in the Calculation
tab of the Setup
, Options
window in the asset module
, you'll need to recalculate depreciation for all assets for the open client.note
Amounts entered in the
Prior Depreciation
field on the Asset Detail
window and any forced depreciation amounts aren't altered by this procedure.To recalculate current depreciation for all of the open client's assets, take the following steps.
- Open the Asset List window for an activity.
- SelectTasksthenCalculate All Assets.
