Calculate prior depreciation for multiple assets
Do the following to calculate prior depreciation for multiple assets:
- If you're in UltraTax CS, open theAssettab. If you're in Fixed Assets CS, continue to the next step.
- SelectSetup, thenTreatments.
- Select the treatment you want to calculate prior depreciation for. If you want to calculate prior depreciation for each treatment (for example,Tax,Book, etc.), you'll need to complete the next steps for each treatment.
- SelectBuild.
- SelectCalculate prior depreciation for all assetsand thenOK.
- If you want to calculate prior depreciation for another treatment, repeat steps 3–5; otherwise, selectOK.
