Cause
If you get this error while you're working in either Fixed Assets CS or the depreciation module of UltraTax CS, it indicates that the data in that tax year's depreciation file has become corrupted.
Solutions
You can restore the uncorrupted data from a backup and that will resolve the issue since restoring from backup will resolve any instance of data corruption.
Alternatively, you can cut out the asset that's generating the error and paste it back into the
Asset List
.
