screen for an e-filed Texas Franchise Tax return.E-filing isn't available for the following forms:
- AP-114 Texas Nexus Questionnaire
- 05-359 Request for Certificate of Account Status
- 05-391 Tax Clearance Letter Request for Reinstatement
- 01-137 Limited Power of Attorney

- An amended return can be submitted via paper only.
- The following information is required to e-file returns with the state:
- The taxpayer's webfile number
- The total revenue amount from the latest return filed by the taxpayer
- Additional information is available via the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website.
