Delete phantom or ghost units
To delete the extra unit, you'll need to delete screen data twice for the applicable activity. For example, if there's an extra rental unit:
- Go to the Rent screen for the applicable unit.
- SelectEditthenDelete Screen Data.
- RepeatEditthenDelete Screen Dataa 2nd time even though there's nothing on the input screen.

To view blank, phantom input screens select
File
then Print Input Screens
