Delete phantom or ghost units

To delete the extra unit, you'll need to delete screen data twice for the applicable activity. For example, if there's an extra rental unit:
  1. Go to the Rent screen for the applicable unit.
  2. Select
    Edit
     then
    Delete Screen Data
    .
  3. Repeat
    Edit
     then
    Delete Screen Data
     a 2nd time even though there's nothing on the input screen.

To view blank, phantom input screens select
File
 then
Print Input Screens
, and preview the screens. If blank input screens appear, complete the previous steps.
