Solution
In UltraTax CS, select
Help
, Repair
, then Rebuild Client List
. The client should then be removed from the client list.
note
- When rebuilding the client list all other users need to be out of UltraTax CS.
- The time for the process to complete will depend upon your system and the size of your client base.
If the client still isn't removed from the client list, follow these steps:
- Close the client and go toZ:\WinCSI\UTYYData, where Z represents the drive on which the client data is stored and YY represents the year of UltraTax CS.
- Delete the client folder.
- Rebuild the client list again.
