Error: File is corrupted or unavailable
Scenario
After downloading the Setup CS license disk builder from an e-mail and renaming it to Setup.exe, you may receive the following error when you try to run it:

The file is corrupted or unavailable.
Cause
Microsoft has a file security protocol that recognizes if a file was downloaded from an e-mail attachment and, if so, initially prevents it from being executed. If this security precaution isn't removed from the file prior to execution, you may receive an error stating that the file is corrupted or unavailable.
Solution
Do the following to unblock the file:
- Locate theSetup.exefile.
- Right-click and selectProperties.
- Select the General tab.
- SelectUnblock.
- SelectOK.
