Solution

Close all applications.
Open the Run app from the Start Menu.
Type
%temp%
in the search field and select
OK
.
In the new window, press
CTRL + A
to select all items in the temp directory.
Press the
Delete
key to remove these files.
When prompted, select
Yes
to confirm.
If the
File In Use
or
Folder In Use
window appears, check the box for
Do this for all current items
and select
Skip
.
After you delete most of the files, launch the application again.
