This article applies to:

Download and install licenses

You may need to download or re-download your licenses if your firm:

Does a first-time installation.

Purchases an extra license.

Changes your network configuration.

Changes the licensee, firm name, or firm address.

Finds trial licenses in your application.

Follow these steps to download and apply updated licenses:

Open the application as an administrator.

Select File
then CS Connect
.

Mark Retrieve licenses
.

Select Connect Now
and Retrieve Available Updates
then select Call Now
to download your licenses.

Follow the prompts to install the licenses.

In some cases, you may need to follow these steps to download and apply updated licenses:

Select Help
, then About
.

Select Download licenses
.

Enter your firm ID and license PIN.

Select Next
, then follow the prompts to install your licenses.
