Download the installer
Before you can install, you'll need to download the installer.
- Go to the download page.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select the product you want to install.
- SelectProceed to Download.
- SelectDownload Now.
- If you're given the option to Run or Save the download, choose Save.

If you didn't select utdownload_YYYY_#.#.exe
file will download to your computer, where YYYY is the year and # is the version.Save
in the last step, this file will be in your Downloads folder. Otherwise, it will be where you specified to save it.If the file won't download, there's something interfering. This could be a browser setting, a Windows permissions issue, or an antivirus or firewall issue. You'll need to do some research or contact your IT professional, since these kinds of issues are outside the scope of UltraTax CS support.
