Add preparers

Before you start preparing returns, enter preparers in UltraTax CS. This lets you assign preparers to new clients.

We recommend you review preparer information each year before tax season.

In UltraTax CS, go to the Setup
menu.

Select Office Configuration
, then the Preparers
tab.

Select Add
.

At a minimum, enter the preparer's name, social security number, and PTIN/SIDN. If your firm uses multiple EFINs, enter the EFIN for this preparer.

Select OK
to save and close.
