Add additional preparer blocks

By default, the preparer block information that prints on all returns and extensions is the firm information provided in your licensing agreement. Follow this procedure to print firm information that differs from the licensing information.
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    System Configuration
    , then
    Firm
    .
  2. Select
    PRP Preparer Block
    .
  3. On the
    PRP Preparer Block
     window, select
    Add
    , then enter the name and address information for this PRP preparer block.
  4. Select
    Enter
    .
  5. Repeat this procedure for other PRP preparer blocks and select
    Done
     when you're finished.
  6. For this preparer block to show on your return, go to
    File
    then
    Client Properties
     of the return and use the
    Preparer Block
     dropdown to select the preparer block.
  7. Retrieve your PRP code.
  8. After the code has been downloaded, use
    Print Preview
     to view the return.
