Determine an MAPI-compliant email client for CS Professional Suite
- Right-click on any document in Windows Explorer or on your desktop.
- SelectSee more options.
- SelectSend to, thenMail Recipient.
- In theC:\Windows\win.inifile, make sure that the following lines appear in this exact order:[mci extensions][Mail]MAPI=1noteIf the lines aren't there, the INI file can be opened with Notepad and the lines added manually. Additionally, if win.ini doesn't exist, you can create it as a TXT document, add the lines manually, and rename the file towin.ini. If you edit or create this document, you'll need to close and reopen the application for the changes to take effect.
- Make sure thatMAPI32.dllexists inC:\Windows\System32.
