Move or copy data to other offices

If you have office share or branch licensing and you store each firm's data in a different location, you can share data with your other firms.

In UltraTax CS, choose Setup
then Office Configuration
.

Select Office Setup
.

Select Transfer Configurable Files
.

Choose the office that has the information you want to share in the From office
dropdown.

Choose the office you want to transfer the information to in To office
.

In the list, mark the checkbox next to each item you want to share.

Select Transfer
.
