Create a CS Web account to enable OnBalance data import
If you haven't created a CS Web account on our website, you may be unable to import a client's amounts from OnBalance into UltraTax CS. If this is the case, UltraTax CS will open a
Log In to Onvio
prompt when you select Utilities
, then OnBalance Import
. To resolve this problem, create a CS Web account and complete the security upgrade wizard.- Close UltraTax CS.
- Ask your firm administrator to go to our website to Create a Web Account for you.
- When you have your CS Web account, complete the account registration process to set your password.
- After registering your account, open UltraTax CS and selectUtilities, thenOnBalance Importto begin the import process.
