Print Fixed Assets CS reports in UltraTax CS

To add the print profiles to multiple clients at 1 time, use the Template client.
  1. In Fixed Assets CS:
  2. Open the client.
  3. Select
    File
    , then
    Print
    .
  4. Select
    Profile
    .
  5. Enter a profile name and mark the checkbox to print with the client and/or preparer collation in UltraTax CS.
  6. Select
    Add
    .
  7. Select
    Cancel
    .
  8. In UltraTax CS:
  9. Open the client in UltraTax CS.
  10. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Returns
    .
  11. Mark the copy (client or preparer).
  12. Select
    Print
     or
    Preview
    .
When you print the client in UltraTax CS, the profiles that you selected in Fixed Assets CS to print with the client, and/or preparer collation will print with the tax return.
