Rebuild the client list

If the client data becomes corrupt, rebuilding the client list file might repair the file. Follow these steps to rebuild the
CltList.WTY
 file.
  1. Make sure every UltraTax CS user has closed the application before you continue.
  2. Go to
    X:\WinCSI\UTYYData\
     and rename the
    CltList.WTY
     file to CltList.old; where Y = Year.
  3. Select
    Help
    , then
    Repair
    , then
    Rebuild Client List
    . The time for the process to complete depends on your system and the size of your client base.
